BLACK STEEL LLC ("Black Steel", "we") trades machinery and goods wholesale, rents cars, trucks, machinery and equipment, provides warehousing, cargo handling and transport support, other professional services and property rental. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Renters
Identity data, driving licence, contracts, deposits, vehicle GPS data and fines records during the rental, as required to manage the fleet.
3. Warehouse clients
Business contacts, stock records, drivers' names and vehicle numbers at the gate.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (traffic, tax), legitimate interests (fleet and warehouse security; cameras marked with signs, kept up to 30 days).
5. Recipients
Insurers, police in case of incidents, banks. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
